CfSD

Introduction

The Centre for Sustainable Development (CfSD) was established within the School of the Built Environment (SABE) at the University of Westminster in 1998, in recognition of that a growing number of research activities were convening under a common theme of sustainable development.

CfSD provides a forum for collaborative research initiatives and supports joint working between researchers and academics from diverse research disciplines within the School. CfSD also hosts an University-wide interdisciplinary research network for staff members who are actively involved in research in various aspects of sustainable development.

Our research is supported through funding from local authorities, central government, public agencies, the private sector, voluntary and community organisations, and international institutions.
