A Survey on New Ways of Working
A collaboration between the University of Westminster's Business Psychology Centre and the Association for Project Management's specific interest group - Women in Project Management has resulted in this survey, which is aimed at exploring the new ways of working employed by organisations given the challenges of the 21st century.
We aim to register ideal working practices which are viable for organisations while also providing their people with the incentives supportive of an alignment of their personal goals with those of the organisation. The results of this survey will be presented at the biennial conference of Women in Project Management on June 27, 2007. A report will be made available to all participants of the survey on request.
